At this time we have no puppies available. We planned on having a litter by Christmas, but our female didn't take. Our next litter will be here in the early/middle of Spring, so please keep checking back with us.
SHOW ME POCKET BEAGLES HEALTH GUARANTEE / CONTRACT....
* Seller will provide a Health Certificate to the buyer stating that the puppy will be free from disease and/ or hereditary deformities.
* This puppy is guaranteed against congenital defects for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. Should the puppy die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the puppy will be replaced at the sellers expense, only if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed vet and a vets certificate is provided as proof as cause of death, and death is not due to anything caused or related to buyer, the buyers home, or anything buyer may have exposed to the puppy. A replacement will come from the next available litter, or a refund will be considered by the seller.
* This puppy has been fed a high quality dog food, and treats at times. We advise purchasing a quality puppy food with real meats instead of by products as the first, or main ingredient.
* The purchaser agrees to provide the puppy with proper nutrition, vet care, vaccines, and human companionship. Any significant health problems during the first year of ownership should be reported to the seller.
* The purchaser agrees to provide the puppy with a clean, pleasant environment, conductive to good health and with adequate space for exercise. This dog will not be allowed to roam outside in an unfenced area without the owner or keeper with it. This invites diseases, fleas, dangers, and will cause the health guarantee to be rendered null and void. You may walk it on a leash, or freely, if it is supervised at all times and free from fear and harm.
* This dog is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is guaranteed for a period of 2 days from the purchase (arrival/pickup) date if vet checked within that time period. Possible congenital problems are addressed above. The puppy must be taken to a veterinarian within that 2 day time frame, excluding holidays and Sundays for the health guarantee to be honored.
* If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported immediately to the seller. Upon the puppy's return, it will be replaced with another puppy of equal or comparable value, if one is available. This health concern must be verified in writing by a licensed vet and within that 2 day time period, and cannot have been exposed to ANY other dogs during this time. * The puppy cannot be returned after the guaranteed period has expired and/ or if it has been exposed to another dog, which has not been currently vaccinated.
*If no comparable replacement puppy is available at the time of return, the seller has 18 months to furnish a replacement puppy, or the refund of the purchase price. Purchase price does not include shipping costs of the animal. Shipping on a replacement puppy will be paid for by the seller.
* It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate vet care to any puppy showing signs of distress or illness, and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.
* If veterinarian care is ignored or not applied as prescribed, health guarantee becomes null and void and the buyer forfeits all claims to a replacement animal or refund.
* Important Notice*: No animal may be returned to the seller unless prior arrangements are made, and agreed on by the seller, as well as dates, times and airlines, or means of shipping. Anyone returning an animal without prior agreement will do so at their own expense, and will void any and all health agreements, as well as any chance of a refund, and/or replacement puppy.
* Due to many factors involved in the rearing and caring for this puppy that are beyond the control of the seller, there are NO guarantees on temperament or size. we cannot tell what genetics will do in the long run. Size can only be estimated due to the parents' size, not guaranteed.
* If this puppy is used for breeding purposes, including, but not limited to stud service before the one year guarantee is up, the health guarantee will be rendered null and void. Breeding is a great responsibility and should never be done with dogs under the age of one year.
* Seller agrees to provide health guarantee and proof of all medical care rendered to the puppy before the purchase date. this will be given to the buyer the day of the purchase by the seller. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep this information in a secure place. After the sale of the puppy, the buyer is responsible for all care of the puppy, physically and monetarily from this day forward.
* No cash refunds will be given except as stated under this guarantee.
